- 4 pcs.
- Salad leaves
- 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes
- 0.25 pcs.
- Cucumber
- 4 pcs.
- Buns
- 4 Tbsp.
- Vegan Remoulade
Utensils
Combi-steamer, knives, cutting board
- Prepare the Plant-Based Schnitzel from the field in the combi-steamer according to the package instructions.
- Wash the salad leaves, tomatoes and cucumber and pat dry. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into thin slices.
- Cut the buns in half, spread the vegan remoulade on the buns and top with the prepared ingredients.
