Since the company was founded as "Nordstern AG" in 1905 and FRoSTA Foodservice in 1991, fish has been part of our range and thus enjoys in-depth know-how in processing, preparation and sustainability issues, among other things. This means, for example, that all of our fish products are MSC-certified and therefore come from conservation fisheries!
