Crispy burger from the field with cheese noodles and cucumber salad

A dish that is particularly popular with children.

Crispy burger from the field
1 pc.
4 Tbsp.
Rapeseed oil
4 Tbsp.
Lemon juice
Pot, sieve, whisk, chopping board, knife, juicer, vegetable slicer, oven, bowl
  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and drain in a sieve.
  2. Bring the milk and cream to the boil in a pot over medium heat, add the cheddar and stir until the cheese has dissolved. Add the pasta to the cheese sauce and season with salt and paprika powder.
  3. Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: 230 °C). Bake the Crispy Burger on the middle shelf for approx. 12 minutes.
  4. Wash and dry the cucumber and cut into spaghetti shapes with a vegetable slicer. Wash the lemon in hot water, dry it, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. Marinate the cucumber spaghetti with rapeseed oil and lemon juice and season with a pinch of salt.
  5. Serve the cheese noodles with Crispy Burger and cucumber spaghetti. Decorate with a little paprika powder if desired.
